Having celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2006, the Playhouse Theatre is one of Perth’s best-known live entertainment venues. The theatre prides itself on a history of showcasing existing new works from talented Australian playwrights, directors, designers and choreographers.

With its recently renovated bar, which is open one hour prior to and after every performance, function room, car-parking of an evening and easy access to public transport, it is easy to see why the Playhouse continues to be so popular with theatregoers.

DownStairs at the Maj opened in 2001 and is now regarded as one of Australia’s foremost venues for quality, cabaret-style entertainment. The mood is intimate and the year-long season includes comedy, theatre, music and cabaret. Seating DownStairs at the Maj is cabaret-style and you’re welcome to enjoy a drink or snack from the bar. Doors and bar open one hour prior to the commencement of the performance so arrive early to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Only 10 minutes west of Perth's central business district, the Subiaco Arts Centre is a multi-purpose venue surrounded by magnificent gardens. In 2006, the centre underwent major refurbishment and reopened as Subiaco Arts Centre and now boasts three dedicated performance areas including a main auditorium, a studio and a stunning amphitheatre for outdoor concerts.

The bar is open one hour prior to and after every performance for patrons to enjoy an overall theatre experience.

Don Russell Performing Arts Centre presents more than 30 mostly professional performing arts events annually in its diverse calendar. The City of Gosnells owned and managed purpose-built facility hosts a variety of programmes in its comfortable 220-seat auditorium.

The Don has been presenting Perth Theatre Company productions for each of the past five years, a relationship both parties foresee will endure well in to the future.
